The conquest for extreme fitness continued today. I added P90X to the workout.

I thought since I have had a few months with the Insanity Fitness it would to be the perfect partnership.

Before the workout today, our dog Indy, had on many occasions looked for his leash, so we could go out into his world and check out new trees and other ” dog” things he does when we’re out.

We introduced a new form of exercise with him today:
” the run next to my bike method”.He did real good
and I think we’ll use this way again soon!

Back to the the conquest for extreme fitness update.

I did use the P90X workout before adding the Insanity program, so I’m familiar with both to start with.

(I also had challenges with the push up section in P90X )

Possibly the ultimate workout would be mix and match them both -hm!

Well – let’s say in theory it is.

My goal today was to complete the chest, shoulders and triceps section.
After the Insanity fitness test plus the Maxium Interval yesterday I must admit I needed to encourage myself a little to complete the task at hand.

Surprisingly is went real well. and I even added a few extra pounds to the weights.

” A super woman in the making ?”

Nooo…just kidding!!!

Still continuing with MaxGXL, which provides the proper nutrients needed to promote the body’s own ability to manufacture and absorb glutathione.

Today I have added the Max N-Fuze with nano activators and I’m following the suggested daily portions.
