If you are a beginning webmaster then no doubt you are very concerned with getting big traffic as soon as possible. How does one go about getting traffic? Is there a right way and wrong way to start bringing in web viewers?
Yes, there definitely is. While no webmaster will ever complain about “cheap traffic” coming in for free, the fact of the matter is that cheap web traffic is usually not worth paying for. Think about some of the top options for cheap traffic generation. You have:
Google Adwords
Other PPC Companies
Banners or Text Ads

Not only are these untargeted readers, but they will probably become agitated when landing at your site. Another option is that of black hat SEO or dishonest keywording techniques, which involve, among other tricks, stuffing keywords mindlessly into paragraphs.
There is a better way to generate web traffic. Not only is this type of traffic less expensive, it is far more targeted traffic. The people who discover your site will be ideal web viewers, because they will be people who already demonstrated interest in your products and services.
