My Beachbody Insanity Venture

Today was the day I passed a mile stone in my conquest for fitness with
the Beachbody Insanity fitness program.

About 60 days ago I started the Insanity fitness program – are you
kidding me? No I am not.

For the world of me I was not able to do any more than 5 push ups
when I started. Needless to say the other parts of the programs had
an enormous challenge attached to it as well.

Beachbody Insanity comes with a fitness test to get you started.
Nothing to fear -I considered myself to be at a pretty good fitness level
and this new addition to my challenges  would only enhance my fitness…..

Well- yes indeed it did and after a week of sweet and puffing I looked
forward to the Sunday as it was the first day of official rest…yeah!

However I continued my quest and endured the next few weeks – and
then  the second fitness test! To my surprise I had actually improved
and was able to increase my test my as much as 40%.
So instead of five push ups I had mastered eight!

Now my focus is not just push ups however those were the ones I had
the biggest challenge with.

Therefore the increase in numbers were a huge accomplicement.

So back to today – the famous fitness test again.

Well I completed thirty push up jacks plus the other seven tasks with
huge improvement – that’s totally insane!!!

The Beachbody Insanity program with Shaun T might just be the hardest
workout program ever put on DVD.
